1. Article 1 (Scope)

   These Terms set out the conditions for using "Vizora" (the "Service"), provided by MEEQUS ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Article 2 (The Service)

   The Service presents charts and text that we create by extracting, editing and processing figures from public disclosures, such as annual securities reports filed on the FSA's EDINET and annual reports filed on the U.S. SEC's EDGAR.

   Information on the Service is not created by the FSA, the SEC or any other original provider.

3. Article 3 (Accuracy)

   Figures are extracted and calculated automatically from filings and may differ from the facts because of extraction errors or delays in reflecting amendments or withdrawals.

   We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or usefulness of the information. Always check the primary filings before making important decisions.

4. Article 4 (Not investment advice)

   The Service is for information only. It does not solicit or recommend trading in any security and is not investment advice.

   You are responsible for your own investment and other decisions.

5. Article 5 (AI-generated content)

   Some commentary, summaries and industry classifications are produced with AI. Figures come from filings and AI never creates figures, but the text may contain errors or imprecise wording.

6. Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

   You must not:

   (1) place excessive load on our servers or network, including large volumes of requests in a short time or automated bulk collection;

   (2) interfere with the operation of the Service, or access or attempt to access it without authorization;

   (3) alter information from the Service, or remove or change source attributions, so as to mislead others into thinking we or an original provider created it;

   (4) violate laws or public order, or infringe the rights of others;

   (5) do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.

7. Article 7 (Quoting, embedding and use with AI)

   You may quote and share charts and figures from the Service with "Vizora" credited as the source and a link to the relevant page.

   Use the embed code as provided. Do not remove or change the source credit or link it displays.

   You may feed the Markdown and JSON the Service provides for AI into AI tools for your own analysis, keeping the source attribution.

   Please contact us in advance before bulk collection, redistribution or commercial data provision beyond the above.

8. Article 8 (Intellectual property)

   Rights in the Service's charts, text, design and software belong to us or their rightful owners.

   Rights in the information contained in filings belong to the respective providers and filers.

9. Article 9 (Changes, suspension and termination)

   We may change, suspend or end the Service without prior notice.

10. Article 10 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability)

    Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

    Where we are liable, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.

11. Article 11 (Changes to these Terms)

    We may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on the Service.

12. Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
